Zane "Barbara" Gardner Holland

Barbara Zane Gardner Holland, 89, of Junction, Texas passed from this life on September 1, 2024 at a care facility in Menard. 

Barbara was born March 30, 1935 in Junction, Texas to Joseph Marion and Bonnie B. Burris Gardner. Barbara was raised and grew up on the family ranch in Kimble County. She married Rufe Murray Holland on August 30, 1953 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. 

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Joe Merrian Gardner, Jr., sister, Billy Shannon Robbins, and brother, Jack Garner Gardner.

Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Joe Clay Holland and wife Jeanie, Cole Holland and wife Mitzi, Molly Holland; grandchildren, Josie, Jessica and husband Chris, Jacob and wife Christine, Clay, Asa and wife Megan, and Andrea; and twelve great-grandchildren. 

Private family services will be held at a later date with interment at Fort McKavett Cemetery.
