William Davis

William James "Bill" Davis, 92, of Junction, Texas passed from this life on September 25, 2018 at a local hospital.

Bill was born November 27, 1925 to William Albert and Lorena Othella McCoy Davis in Austwell, Texas. He grew up as a farm boy in Austwell. He served his country in the US Army during WWII. His careers included being a repairman for radio and televisions, and at the time of his death he was the manager at the Kimble County Airport.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Audrey Davis; sister, Juanita Smith; and daughters, Margo Davis and Barby Davis.

Survivors include his children, Bonnie Jean Davis, Billie June Davis, William James "Tim" Davis, Jr., Frankie Lorene Davis, Larry Jerome Davis; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and numerous friends.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Kimble Funeral Home with Daniel Henderson officiating.

The family would like to thank Kimble Hospital, their nurses, and Bill's Kimble County co-workers. The family appreciates the love, support, and care given to Bill from Jerry Wallace, Delbert Roberts, and Craig Mangham.
