Stewart A. Wilson

Stewart A. Wilson, 65, of Fort McKavett, Texas passed from this life on July 17, 2024 at his residence.

Stewart was born March 20, 1959 in Phoenix, Arizona to parents, Irvin Ivy Wilson Jr. and Catherine Louise Stewart Wilson. Stewart was a member of FFA from 1976-1978. He was a cattle rancher and farmer who loved horses and country living. He was honored to be a father of three children. All in all, Stewart was a proud and simple man whose favorite thing to do was to sit on the porch and watch the cattle and deer. 

Stewart is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Irvin Wilson.

Those left to honor his memory include his sister, Jewel Wilson; three children, KC (Zelba) Butler, Sarah Wilson, Seth Wilson; two grandchildren, Klayre and Hollis Butler; two nephews, Ben and Dan Wilson; significant other, Jane Hunt; and a host of friends and loved ones.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the Fort McKavett Cemetery with Jimmy Martin officiating.

Pallbearers will be Barbara Puckett, Seth Wilson, Richard Lazar, Steve Wieboldt, Justin Lazar, Aaron Weeks, Buddy Garza, and Bob Sherek.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of San Angelo.
