Sara Perez Salinas

Sara Perez Salinas, age 99, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 15, 2024 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on December 21, 1924 in Morelos, Coahuila Mexico. 

Preceding her in death was her beloved husband, Francisco Salinas Ibarra, her daughter, Selina Salinas and her sons, Cipriano Salinas, Teodoro Salinas, Servando Salinas and Francisco Salinas.  

Family members left to cherish her memory is her son, Mario Salinas and her daughter Maria Paulita Salinas Rodriguez. 

Grandchildren left to cherish her memory:

Andres, Ricky, Araceli, Sandra, Patricia, Arturo, 

Manuel, Araceli, Israel, Irasema, Yvonne, Juan, Sarita, 

Alfredo, Yesenia and Josue.  

Sara was a loving, great grandmother and a great-great grandmother to numerous great grandchildren.  

Sara loved to read her Bible and sing sweet hymns to the Lord. Sara was a beautiful, godly woman and a prayer warrior who spent much of her time singing to the Lord, praying for her family and was always ready to pray and love on those who needed it. She enjoyed taking photos and creating family photo albums, knitting, sewing, tending her garden and spending time with family.

There will be a family viewing from 8:30 AM - 10 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2024, with her Funeral Service starting at 10 AM at Kimble Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Little Mexico Cemetery, Junction, Texas.

Sara Pérez Salinas, de 99 años, fue a estar con su Señor y Salvador el lunes 15 de julio de 2024 en Del Río, Texas. Nació el 21 de diciembre de 1924 en Morelos, Coahuila México. 

Le siguieron en el fallecimiento su amado esposo, Francisco Salinas Ibarra, su hija, Selina Salinas y sus hijos, Cipriano Salinas, Teodoro Salinas, Servando Salinas y Francisco Salinas.  

Los miembros de la familia que quedan para apreciar su memoria son su hijo, Mario Salinas y su hija María Paulita Salinas Rodríguez. 

Nietos que quedaron para apreciar su memoria: Andrés, Ricky, Araceli, Sandra, Patricia, Arturo,

Manuel, Araceli, Israel, Irasema, Yvonne, Juan, Sarita, 

Alfredo, Yesenia y Josue. 

Sara era una bisabuela cariñosa y tatarabuela de numerosos bisnietos.  

A Sara le encantaba leer su Biblia y cantar dulces himnos al Señor. Sara era una mujer hermosa, piadosa y una guerrera de oración que pasaba gran parte de su tiempo cantando al Señor, orando por su familia y siempre estaba lista para orar y amar a quienes lo necesitaban. Le gustaba mirar fotografías familiares, tejer, coser y pasar tiempo con la familia.
