Sammy Allen Urbina, Jr., 14, of San Angelo, TX passed from this life on Monday, September 7, 2015 at a San Angelo hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Iraan, Texas. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery in Iraan.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
