Rodger Lynn Davis

Rodger Lynn Davis, 71, of Dale, TX, formerly of Junction, passed from this life on June 5, 2021 at his residence.

Lynn was born April 20, 1950 in Kimble County to Richard and Laverne (Eckert) Davis.  He grew up in Junction and graduated from Junction High School. Lynn loved working on the ranch in Junction, searching for arrowheads, hunting, making sausage and bringing it all to Junction to share.

Lynn is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Larry Davis and Dwayne Davis.

Those left to honor his memory include brothers, Billy Davis and Mike Davis; nephew, Marshall Davis; nieces, Dana Davis, Savanah Davis, and Kasandra Davis; and his hunting buddies, Dana, Dalton, Quinton, and Weston Ayers.

Graveside services will be held 11AM, Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Gentry Creek Cemetery in Junction with Pastor Larry Hargraves, Charles Hagood, and Dana Ayers officiating.
