Phyllis Chambers

Phyllis J. Chambers, 73, of Junction, Texas passed from this life and went to be with the Lord on October 26, 2015 at a local care facility.

Phyllis was born February 24, 1942 to Willerdlee and Virginia (Brehm) Perkins in Victoria, Texas. She moved from Ft. Worth and had been a resident of Junction since 1981. She owned and operated a restaurant and a house cleaning business in Junction. Phyllis was a member of St. Theresas Catholic Church and Hermann Sons. Her hobbies included reading, gardening and she enjoyed growing flowers. Most of all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, and she loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Darren Lee Daniel.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her son, Sean Holland Daniel of Junction; grandson, Michael Daniel of Junction; brothers, Brandon Perkins of Austin, and Bill Perkins and his wife Laura of Austin; and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at St. Theresas Catholic Church in Junction with Father Albert Ezeanya officiating. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be 7:00 PM, Monday, November 2, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home with visitation to follow.
