Patsy Raney

Patsy Ann Raney left this earth on September 12, 2016. She was born December 19, 1942. She was 73 years old. She was a long time Junction resident.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Darwin Raney, Sr. (Butch), son, Monty Ray Raney and father, Herbert Lee Sanders Sr.

She is survived by five sons, Darwin Raney, Jr. of Keller, TX, Edward Raney, James Raney, and Rodger Raney all from Junction, and Shawn Raney of Harper; her mother, Nell Tisdale of Junction; sisters, Nellie Lee Person and Lisa Allison of Kerrville, and Mary Kay Schober of Junction; brothers, Robert Earl (Bob) Sanders of Kerrville and H.L. Sanders, Jr. of Junction; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Patsy was a sweet lady who knew everyone and was loved by all who knew her. Though she suffered many years from lung disease and became housebound, she remained optimistic. She never complained and continued to be a ray of sunshine spreading joy to those she loved.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, September 16, 2016 at Kimble Funeral Home in Junction.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an account set up at First State Bank in Junction, TX.
