Patricia Luxton

Patricia Luxton, 69, passed away, after a five year battle with cancer, on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 while being attended by family and staff members at Hill Country Care Center in Junction.

Pat was born April 14, 1945 in Colorado City, Texas to William Luther Cain and Floy Ester Mendenhall Cain the youngest of eleven children. She spent her childhood in Oklahoma. She married Thomas Lynn Luxton on April 29, 1961 at the Kimble County Courthouse. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with those she loved. Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Odelta, Jeff, RJ, Helen, Curtis, Acie, June Mae, Joseph, and Jimmy.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Thomas Lynn Luxton children, Jim Luxton and wife Lori, Curtis Luxton and wife Sandra, Stephanie Nuse and husband Burton, Paul Luxton and wife Tiffany, Nina Kremp and husband John fourteen grandchildren one greatgrandchild brother, Jacob Cain and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel.
