Margarita Bosquez Arango, 90, of Junction, Texas passed away on June 9, 2015 at her residence in Junction.
Margarita was born April 14, 1925 in Del Rio, Texas to Jesus and Socorro (Garza) Bosquez. She had been a resident of Junction since 1947, and worked at McKinney Dry Goods as a store clerk for many years, was a caretaker at the nursing home, and a cook at the Segovia Restaurant. She enjoyed crocheting, needlework, and art. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters and son, Bernard Gomez.
Those left to honor and cherish her include her children, Margaret Linkenhoker and husband Dennis of San Antonio, Delma Gloria Gomez of Westminster, CO, Reynaldo Arango of Junction, Carlos Arango of San Antonio; grandchildren, Angel Ray Arango, Eric Linkenhoker of San Antonio, Kimberly Lee and husband Paul of San Antonio, Reynaldo Arango, Jr. of Mexico, Monica Biggs of California, and Bernardo Gomez, Jr. of Fredericksburg; great-grandson, Cameron Linkenhoker of San Antonio; sister, Rose Vasquez of Del Rio; brother, Jesse Bosquez of Lancaster, CA; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM, Friday, June 12, 2015 at St. Theresas Catholic Church in Junction with Father Albert Ezeanya officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM, Friday at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Del Rio. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home.
