JayCie Norton

JayCie Kiera Norton was born in Fredericksburg, Texas on October 23, 2003 to parents Clifford Jr. and Jatisa Norton.

JayCie was enrolled in the 7th grade at Junction Middle School. JayCie enjoyed school and served on the student council last school year. She was a member of the middle school band where she played the trumpet. She also enjoyed sports, playing basketball and baseball. She participated in Lil Cheer Camp for several years and looked forward to cheering at the football games. JayCie was a very active member of the Methodist Church Youth Group in London, Texas.

JayCie was a mama bear who always protected and took care of everyone. She was always happy and enjoyed giving hugs. She was very caring and made sure everyone knew how she felt about them.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Jatisa Norton; grandfathers, Joe Eckert, Jr. and Clifford Norton; great-grandparents, Wesley and Blanche Pearl, Joe Eckert, Ted and Mildred Brooks, and Jim Griffin, Sr.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Joely Norton; father, Clifford Norton, Jr. grandmothers, Patty Eckert and Flo Norton; aunts, Jamie Eckert, Anna Bonapart, Beth Lawler, DeeDee Norton; uncles, J.W. (Joe) Pearl and wife Stephanie, and Jeremiah Wagnon; great-grandmothers, Peggy Eckert and Alma Bolton Coburn.

Services will be held on December 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church in Junction with Brother Thomas Jeffers officiating. Interment will be at London Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 4-7:00 PM, Friday December 8, 2017 at Kimble Funeral Home.

Her classmates will be honorary pallbearers.
