Irma Ware

Irma Lee Smith Ware, 84, of Kerrville, formerly of Junction, passed away on April 6, 2015 surrounded by loved ones at a care facility in Kerrville.

Irma was born January 10, 1931 to Marion Floyd and Gertrude M. Smith in Thatcher, Colorado. In years past, Irma played softball for the Tops women's team, and more recently enjoyed playing dominoes and other games. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed.

Irma is preceded in death by her husband, E.F. Ware and daughter, Lee Ella Mae Hoops.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her children, Leo Ellis Ward and wife Barb of Seminole, Florida, Louetta Jane Maples of Ingram, Zelma Jean Treadwell and husband Mark of Junction, stepdaughter, Mary Noble and husband Tom of Willis; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Ogle officiating. Interment will follow at Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-7:00PM, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home.
