Guadalupe C. Lopez, 75, of Junction passed from this life on December 25, 2021 in Brady, Texas.

Guadalupe was born October 6, 1946 in Jimenez, Coahuila, Mexico to Encarnacion Casillas and Marcelina Reyes. She married her sweetheart, Santos Lopez, on September 12, 1967 in Purisima, Mexico. Together they had three sons and two daughters who through the years brought much joy to her family. Lupe enjoyed caring for her plants and animals. She was an amazing wife and mother who will be missed.

Lupe is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Marialena; and husband, Santos Lopez.

Those left to cherish her memory include her twin brother, Jesus Casillas; children, Juan Antonio Lopez and wife, Maricela, Eddie Eduardo Lopez and wife Rebecca, David Lopez and wife Ana, Veronica Ortega, JR Ortega; grandchildren, Eddie Adan Lopez, Julie Zarai Contreras and husband Jose Jr., Adrian Randel Ortega, Tony Ortega, Courtney Marie Lopez and fiancé Tony Sanchez, Lathan Andres Lopez, Alina Jay Ortega, Arjelia Eliana Lopez; great-grandchildren, Esmeralda Luana Lopez, Amaria Jae Dufua Lopez and Isaiah Xavier Arango.

Visitation will be held at Kimble Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 30, 2021 at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Father Innocent Eziefule as celebrant. Interment will follow at Junction City Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest by her sweetheart.
