Junction Anna Virginia Lindle Mahler, 91, of Junction, TX, passed from this life at Kimble Hospital on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.
The Lord came to get our angel Anna Virginia Lindle Mahler, who was born on November 18, 1920, in Ennis, TX. She was the daughter of Joseph A. and Margaret Butler Lindle. She married Gus Joe Mahler on June 11, 1940 in San Angelo, TX.
Mrs. Mahler is predeceased by her parents husband, Gus Joe Mahler granddaughter, Carla Geanan Nelson grandson, Zane Joseph Molesworth and sister, Jolene Kinkel.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda Godfrey and husband Jerry of Early, TX, Judy Dunagan and husband Dennis and Debi Molesworth and husband Lynn Hill all of Junction, TX grandchildren, Cody Cavaness and wife Carol of Wall, TX, Robert Sutton of Junction, TX, Randi Herbst and husband Charles of Junction, TX, Travis Molesworth of Junction, TX. and Maggie Molesworth of College Station, TX stepgrandchildren, Lesley Wilmeth and husband Randall of Lubbock, TX, Guy Godfrey of Austin, TX greatgrandchildren, Candi Brewer and husband B.J. Brewer of Leander, TX, Brittany Nelson of Midlothian, TX, Zach and Brady Herbst of Junction, TX, Tucker Cavaness of Wall, TX stepgreatgrandchildren, Hannah and Kirsten Wilmeth of Lubbock, TX greatgreatgrandchildren, Dean and Abby Brewer of Leander, TX.
Virginia was a loving housewife, Mother, Sister, Daughter and Grandmother. Her hobbies included being a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader. Virginia was the Kimble County Librarian from 19731983, twenty nine years later she still recalled her days as a Librarian and her service to the community. Virginia was also on the Board for Nurses for Kimble County and the Secretary of M W Butane from 1983 until its closing in 1997.
